What better way to get your glow-up this spring than with a fresh pair of Jordans? The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Green Glow" men'sn and grade school sneakers are just what you need, and both sizes will start hitting shelves on April 20.
The always-iconic Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG sneakers come dressed in colorblocked full-grain leather, similar to 2022’s “Taxi”. In this edition, black overlays compose the lacing system and outline the toebox. Durable black nylon dresses the tongue, and black leather wraps around the ankle for a classic look and feel. White quarter panels provide the setting for the black leather Swoosh. The Green Glow tone, meanwhile, is a light seafoam, which encircles the ankle and covers the toe.
Nike designer Peter Moore created the inaugural Air Jordan 1 sneaker way back in 1984. This first iteration of MJ's signature basketball shoe featured breathable perforations that punctuated the toebox, encapsulated Air in the shoe’s heel and the black Wings logo near the ankle. As Michael Jordan relentlessly pursued NBA greatness, the AJ 1 OG sneakers continued to rise in prominence, paving the way for countless new silhouettes and garnering millions of lifelong sneaker fans around the globe.
