In its 3rd year, Support Her Sole™ continued to encourage Gen-Z girls and millennial women to knock down boundaries, create their own ways of self-expression, and to be themselves. In partnership with Nike, Support Her Sole programming in 2023 featured NCAA Women's Basketball Coach and style icon, Sydney Carter, exclusive women's shopping and wellness events, donations to four women's basketball programs, special Mother's and Father's Day episodes and more.

Hibbett x Jordan brand gave back to the St. Louis, MO community by presenting $25,000 checks to both the Jayson Tatum Foundation and the Wohl Center leadership team. Together the brands gifted backpacks, two full Toe-to-Head Jordan looks, a pair of new Jordans, and Jayson Tatum himself gave a pair of recently launched Jayson Tatum 1s to each kid.

For the fourth consecutive year, Hibbett and PUMA presented Children’s of Alabama $20,000 and more than 500 PUMA products including apparel, footwear, and accessories, to support the hospital's Care Closet, Sugar Plum Shop and the CHIPS Center.

This BTS season, Hibbett, City Gear and special sponsors hosted 14 Clips and Kicks and Cutz 4 Kids events across nine states, providing kids with free haircuts and school supplies at local stores.

Hibbett’s Ignite Women’s Resource Group shopped for 5 recipients of Girls Inc.'s The Giving Tree, providing them with gifts and holiday cheer for Christmas. Ignite volunteers then visited Girls Inc. to wrap presents for the organization's members.

Hibbett also sponsored holiday meals for 5 families this year in celebration of the giving season.

Giving back to the communities we serve is the pinnacle of our mission. In partnership with Nike, City Gear celebrated two individuals featured in an episode of Fresh Off The Block by presenting each of them with $10,000 each for their respective organizations, Based on a True Story and the Leave Your Mark Foundation.

To mark the exclusive launch of Nike's 2023 HBCU Terminator collection, City Gear and Nike donated $10,000 each to the 5 HBCUs across the Southeast featured in the collection. Donation recipients were Tuskegee University, Tennessee State University, Spelman University, Alabama A&M University, and Morehouse University.

To celebrate the November 22 launch of the new "Scarlet" adidas Trae 3, a Hibbett-exclusive, adidas and Hibbett partnered with the Trae Young Family Foundation to gift 10 kids from the Atlanta community with a private shopping experience. Each child received a $1,500 gift card with which they and their families could shop in-store, and during their experience, guests were surprised with an in-person appearance from Trae Young himself!

In celebration of Air Max Day, we partnered with Nike to donate $25,000 to JC Boxing, who are dedicated to the Louisville area youth providing mentorship so they can know what it means to live MAXXED.OUT.

In 2023 Hibbett served as host sponsor of The Lindy Waters III Inaugural Scholarship Golf Tournament at the Winstar World Casino & Resort. Each participant also walked away with a pair of Nike Air Max 95 N7 shoes!

Hibbett and Nike recently brought two exclusive "Heat Check" events to Hibbett stores in Arlington, Texas, and Austell, Georgia, to celebrate the launch of Hibbett x Nike's new Connected Membership loyalty program. During one "Heat Check" moment, Nike and Hibbett honored the South Cobb High School women's basketball team with $5,000 to help support their season. South Cobb High School has long been a key player in connecting the Austell community and Hibbett.

In celebration of the launch of the Air Jordan 11 "Gratitude," and in partnership with Jordan Brand, Hibbett launched Cleared For Takeoff, a program that champions the pioneers who take culture and sport to new heights. Together with WINGS and the Carolina Youth Coalition, Bryce surprised 25 local youth in Charlotte, North Carolina with a private shopping moment at Hibbett. Each child walked away with a new pair of the Air Jordan 11 "Gratitude," autographs and pictures with Bryce, and a $1000 Hibbett gift card meant to Clear them for Takeoff for the next year ahead.

To celebrate and give back to the indigenous community, Hibbett x Nike donated $25,000 to the Kayenta Township to benefit their skate park in celebration of Skate Day. Nike N7 partner Naiomi Glasses presented the check.

Our retail locations routinely raise funds for local communities for matters such as local disaster relief.

We Donated 5% of profits from each “Love the Moment” Glove sold from April 1st, 2023 – September 1st 2023 to Autism Speaks totaling $5,006.
